Employers must not only understand the multitude of leave laws, but it is critical to appreciate the subtle interplay between such laws. This seminar is designed to help private employers of all shapes and sizes recognize key issues in administering virtually all types of government-mandated leave laws. This seminar will also provide valuable insight into how an employers voluntary leave policies and benefits impact mandatory leave laws.
