Colleen also runs a small fair trade business designing and importing jewelry made from seeds sustainably harvested from the rainforests of Ecuador, La Pucara Jewelry Collections. Saba Sedighi,Audience Development Manager,Hired, Inc. Saba Sedighi is a results driven Marketing Strategist, Content Creator, Speaker and Course Instructor. By utilizing her excellent verbal and written communication skills, she takes on an innovative approach towards social selling to connect brands with their audience. Tech savvy, with a broad understanding of social media and influencer marketing, Saba delivers her clients with insightful strategies that help them cut through the noise. She has spoken at numerous conferences such as Social Media Marketing World and National Association of Broadcasters. Steven Steiner,Senior User Experience Designer (Contract),JPMorgan & Chase Co. Steven is a UX professional, conference speaker, and mentor with an entrepreneurial spirit, he loves to solve problems, learn new things, and share knowledge. His professional and academic experience spans the entire lifecycle of omnichannel experiences from inception to development. Steven has been fortunate enough to acquire award winning marketing and technical skills from coast-to-coast, having lived in Seattle, WA; Kansas City, MO; Richmond, VA; and now San Francisco, CA. During this time he has worked with 30+ Fortune 500 brands across the medical, manufacturing, financial services and consumer product industries. A sample of those brands include Welch Allyn, AARP, Honeywell, Capital One, Kelloggs, and Gatorade. Marc Dickstein,Founder & Coach,Plus Marc Coaching Marc Dickstein is a Life and Career Coach who partners with ambitious, mid-career professionals to navigate change with clarity and confidence. He works primarily with Ivy League graduates, the LGBTQ community, and tech startup employees who seek increased fulfillment and satisfaction (personally and/or professionally). His coaching programs help clients to overcome complacency, overwhelm, and frustration in favor of progress toward meaningful goals that align with their core values. Before launching his coaching practice, Plus Marc, he spent over ten years managing and coaching teams across a variety of functions (HR/People, Operations, Design, Marketing, Event Production) in retail, media/entertainment, and advertising technology. Marc received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. Marc is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Out in Tech, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that unites the global LGBTQ+ tech community, and he also serves on the Steering Committee of PennGALA. Eric Weber,Senior Data Scientist,LinkedIn Eric is a Senior Data Scientist at LinkedIn in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to that time, he was the Director of Analytics at HealthEast and a faculty member in biostatistics in the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. He has graduate degrees in mathematics, analytics and education and an extensive background in research, teaching and learning. Eric grew up in Rochester, MN and graduated from the Masters in Business Analytics program at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in 2017. Outside of work, you can find him on his bike or hiking the many trails in Northern California.
