Every day our Managers: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure the best possible customer service is provided to our guests Deliver genuine customer experiences Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance evaluation of crew members and supervisors Ensure company training programs are being used properly by team members and supervisors Provide performance feedback and recognition to all supervisors and team members on a consistent basis Execute and understanding all administration duties including P&L, budgets, and cost controls with regard to food, beverage and labor goals. Resolve customer incidents and working to ensure exceptional guest experiences Encourage great guest service from every team member Develop team members using cross training Establish a positive relationship with the team, guests, and vendors Our Managers are expected to: Stand and/or walk for an entire shift this role is constantly in motion, delivering top-notch customer service to our guests around the restaurant. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and fellow employees in English to explain things like what makes our Crazy Feta so crazy good. Create exceptional guest experiences for each customer, every time they walk through our doors from greeting guests with genuine passion, to teaching customers about our menu and customizing it for their personal preferences, to preparing top quality food in our open kitchens.
