EMS Inc. is having a job fair event for Entry Level Support Technicians and Technical Support Representatives, at our recruiting office location here in Omaha, Ne. A recruiting professional will conduct on the spot interviews and then have you complete our assessment process. The Technical Support Hiring Event is on Tuesday April 3rd, 2018 between 1pm-5pm. We will do on the spot interviews that day and answer any questions you have about the company and the position. We have a variety of different types of schedules available as well as programs. Please come to 12103 Emmett Street for the event. As a Technical Support Agent you must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner. Agents will troubleshoot and handle call escalations to resolve technical issues and/or customer inquiries regarding services, products and complaints. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and client on account procedures and managing priorities. Any candidate that gets hired for aTechnical Support Position will receive the $500 hiring bonus!
