On June 28, 2016, Chicago passed its Paid Sick Leave ordinance, and Cook County hastily followed suit in October 2016, with both laws going into effect on July 1, 2017. In this not-to-be-missed webinar, earn about key compliance issues under these laws, as well as other important changes to other Illinois mandated leave laws, such as the Child Bereavement Leave Act, the Victims Economic Security and Safety Act, and the Illinois Employee Sick Leave Act.
